Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at upperleftdesignsstudio@gmail.com and We will let you know where to send your item to. Proof of damage or defect is required for all exchanges.

Shipping
If you have been granted an exchange and the item is requested to be returned, you will be provided a shipping label.
